Could I please have someone help me with 6 priority NURSING interventions/actions that are from within a clinical setting that are both time critical and evidenced based for an adult with an acute thermal burn. They should be appropriate and critical actions which are important for an adult who is suffering with acute thermal burns.

Which clearly state: 
1. What needs to be done.
2. How will they be done.

3. How often they need to be done.

For example: Imagine that this patient has acute hypovolemia for the critical problem. The interventions can be to insert a central venous line, and we will do that immediately, you are going to tell me where you are going to do it, in this case we can use the external, left jugular vein (subclavian). Another action could be to administer 2 units of whole blood. You are going to tell us when, the fact that you may want to do it via a blood warming set to keep the patient’s temperature up because the blood often comes from the fridge. The other intervention could be monitoring the map, their systolic Blood Pressure, and we want to know often you will be checking their vital signs dependent on the acute situation where they are actively bleeding.
